User Accounts and Responsibilities

Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. We'll charge your payment method using the most current pricing, though we'll notify you if there's a significant price change coming.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 14 days of your initial purchase if you're unsatisfied with the service. After that window, or for renewal payments, refunds become more complicated. Late Payments

If a payment fails, we'll attempt to process it again. Repeated payment failures may result in service suspension until the account is current. We don't want to cut off your access, so keeping payment information up to date helps avoid these situations.

Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep our services running smoothly, but we can't promise 100% uptime. Maintenance, updates, and unexpected technical issues happen. We'll do our best to schedule planned downtime during off-peak hours and notify users in advance when possible.

Service Changes

Technology evolves, and so do our services. We may add features, modify existing tools, or discontinue certain functionality. Major changes that affect how you use the platform will come with reasonable notice, usually at least 30 days.

Right to Suspend Service

Damages Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability to you for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Third-Party Links

Our platform may include links to external websites or services. We're not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Following a link off our site means you're leaving our terms of service behind and entering theirs.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of anyone else's rights. This means if your actions cause us legal trouble, you're responsible for the associated costs and damages.

This doesn't mean we're trying to avoid all responsibility. It's about making sure people bear the consequences of their own actions rather than shifting blame onto the service provider.

Termination

You can stop using our services anytime by canceling your account through your account settings. We'll process the cancellation, though you'll remain responsible for any charges incurred before cancellation.

Effect of Termination

When your account closes, you lose access to our services and any data stored on our platform. We recommend exporting any information you want to keep before canceling. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Survival Clauses

Some provisions survive account termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability. These continue to apply even after you stop using our services.

General Provisions

A few final points to cover the legal necessities. These terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding your use of our services. They replace any prior agreements or understandings.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We'll replace the invalid provision with something that achieves the original intent to the extent legally possible.

Assignment

You can't transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We can assign our rights and obligations to another entity, such as in the case of a merger or acquisition, provided your rights under these terms aren't materially affected.
